Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational, administrative, and logistical support for assigned region(s)

Partner with the VP of Operations to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and workflow improvement

Lead and support recruitment and retention efforts for key field-based roles

Train, coach, and evaluate service team members on an ongoing basis

Build strong, collaborative relationships with accounts, surgeons, and business partners

Support the implementation of company initiatives and regional performance goals

Monitor and maintain credentialing compliance for regional team members

Respond quickly and professionally to service issues, ensuring a concierge-level customer experience

Manage team schedules, payroll functions, and monitor overtime

Ensure compliance with Medworks policies, facility expectations, and regulatory requirements

Provide ongoing support for service, satisfaction, and operational excellence

Required

Multi-site or regional management experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications

Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout the West Region (including overnight travel)

Understanding of basic operating room protocols

Preferred

Experience in urology is helpful but not required
