Bright Learning Lab is a mission-driven product team focusing on student success and compliance CRM for education programs. They are seeking a confident intern to join their growth team as a Senior Client Growth & Partnerships Associate, where the intern will engage with prospects, conduct product demos, and manage client relationships to enhance customer experience.

Higher Education

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage new leads
Qualify prospects and book demo meetings with decision makers
Follow up consistently and professionally (no ghosting leads!)
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Deliver high-quality product demos to new prospects (with training + scripts provided)
Explain Empower’s value clearly to non-technical audiences
Answer client questions, identify needs, and relay insights to the product team
Act as a friendly point of contact for new customers during their first 60–90 days
Check in with clients regularly to ensure setup progress and satisfaction
Help clients feel confident, supported, and 'taken care of'
Escalate issues or requests internally when needed
Assist in building sales materials, demo scripts, outreach messaging, and client FAQ documents
Gather customer feedback and contribute to internal notes on feature requests
Learn how to operate and scale a CRM business from the inside

Qualification

Required

Strong verbal communication (phone/video calls)
Strong written communication (emails and follow-ups)
High emotional intelligence + professionalism
Coachable mindset (you can take feedback and apply it quickly)
Comfortable using Google Workspace and virtual meeting tools

Preferred

Interest in education, student success, or EdTech
Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or outreach
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Presentation, leadership, or public speaking experience
