Responsibilities
You will be responsible for automation development of state-of-the-art wireless SoC products
You will develop the software infrastructure at the center of a silicon design group including the framework for bringup, validation, characterization, regression, and reporting
This will including designing and implementing a Python based bringup framework, the regression/validation tools, and the reporting/analysis engine
As an owner of the silicon performance infrastructure you will be key in making sure Apple products exceed expectations
Qualification
Required
Experience in developing test and debug infrastructure for characterization and debug of real wireless silicon in a lab
Experience developing test automation including equipment drivers, debug tools, automation scripts, database interfaces, and reporting tools
Experience automating measurements on wireless test equipment such as signal analyzer, signal generator, and spectrum analyzer
Basic Knowledge in existing wireless communication protocols: 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be, LTE/WCDMA/GSM, or 802.11ad/ay and key Tx/Rx metrics like EVM and sensitivity
Strong Experience with Python, Matlab, Perl, Javascript, C/C++, or C#
Minimum qualification is BS+ 10 years of relevant experience
