Responsibilities
Evaluate and provide performance feedback to team members
Train, coach, motivate, and provide guidance to assigned Team Members
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Delegate tasks and coordinate workflow within the department
Achieve and exceed KPI goals
Utilize RF scanner and computer system for troubleshooting and product retrieval
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Serve as subject matter expert and process owner for the department
Ensure proper use and accountability of tools and equipment
Assist with Root Cause Analysis and propose countermeasures for incidents
Develop, implement, and sustain Standard Operating Procedures
Assist with various warehouse functions as needed (e.g., picking, packing, receiving, stocking, loading, unloading, inventory control)
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma, GED certification, or equivalency
Lead or supervisor experience or currently in a XL Parts/TPH inventory control
Experienced and proficient with computers and RF scanners
Preferred
Preferred equipment operator with certification or ability to obtain it in OP, RC, Forklift, Pallet Jack, and Tugger
