Community Association Manager

The Community Association Manager will oversee the management of community associations, maintain communication with board members and residents, and ensure adherence to association rules and regulations.
Responsibilities

Qualification
Required
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with board members and residents
Proficiency in budget preparation, financial oversight, and reporting
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively enforce rules and regulations
Must be able to work on-site in Austin, TX, and possess a valid driver's license
Preferred
Experience with property management software or relevant tools
Knowledge of community association management, property maintenance, and building codes
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
