Own and close complex RCM deals with hospitals, IDNs, and large multi-specialty groups; lead executive-level discovery conversations
Build client-specific pro formas including Net Patient Revenue (NPR), Cost-to-Collect, Days in A/R, and Denial rate improvements; quantify ROI
Demonstrate understanding of the full RCM lifecycle; collaborate with internal teams; support deal structuring across pricing models
Qualification
Required
7-12+ years of healthcare sales experience with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management
Proven success closing enterprise-level RCM deals
Demonstrated ability to build and present financial pro formas
Experience selling to CFOs, Revenue Cycle VPs, and Health system executives
Strong understanding of payer dynamics and hospital economics
History of carrying and exceeding a strategic enterprise quota
