Responsibilities

Engage with customers empathetically and professionally, resolve technical issues related to (billing, account authorization, entitlement, installation, extensions, crash identification, bug tracking)
Manage queues, document cases, and escalate when necessary
Maintain product knowledge and adhere to communication protocols

Required

Background in Engineering
Architecture Design or UX
Experience with multiple OS (Windows, Android, iOS)
Familiarity with customer support software and remote tools
