Office Manager

Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including proficiency in office administration and administrative assistance
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle various customer service needs
Experience operating and maintaining office equipment
Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks
High school diploma or equivalent required
Payroll, bookkeeping, and AP/AR using QuickBooks
Filing, permits, and documentation
Reconcile parts/material deliveries and track inventory
Outlook & Excel reporting
Preferred
Basic familiarity with financial and scheduling software is a plus
associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable
