As a Water Treatment Installer, you will be responsible for the proper installation, setup, and verification of residential water treatment systems, ensuring they meet all standards and educating homeowners about system operation.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Install water softeners, filtration systems, neutralizers, and treatment equipment
Perform system startups, testing, and customer walkthroughs
Ensure installations meet manufacturer specs, plumbing code, and company standards
Safely modify plumbing as needed to integrate treatment systems
Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance, and expectations
Document installations accurately using company software
Maintain clean, organized job sites and vehicles
Coordinate with supervisors and service teams for follow-ups or adjustments
Qualification
Required
Experience installing residential water treatment systems
Plumbing experience or mechanical aptitude
Strong attention to detail and pride in clean work
The ability to follow installation standards and procedures consistently
Comfort working independently in customers' homes
Strong communication and professionalism
A valid driver's license and clean driving record
