Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily field operations and crew activities
Lead crews performing concrete, excavation, trenching, and site work
Ensure work complies with project plans, specifications, and schedules
Enforce job site safety, OSHA standards, and company policies
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and inspectors
Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and manage manpower
Verify materials, equipment, and tools are on site and ready
Complete daily reports, time tracking, and job documentation
Maintain job site cleanliness and organization
Qualification
Required
Foreman experience in heavy civil construction required
Strong working knowledge of earthwork, and utility construction
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and grades
Proven leadership and crew management skills
Strong safety awareness and problem-solving ability
Ability to work long hours in outdoor environments
Reliable transportation to job sites
