Proven ability to work collaboratively with leadership teams
Public Speaking and TEDx presentation skills
Knowledge of current HR laws and regulations
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Public speaking and presentation skills including electronic visual aids
Various leadership styles exercised to correctly address any situation
