Senior Recruitment Consultant - FinTech
Permanent People Rec2Rec is a global FinTech recruitment and implementation partner, and they are seeking experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants to join their FinTech/ERP talent teams. The role involves building long-term client partnerships, sourcing technology candidates, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle across the ERP and FinTech markets.
Responsibilities
Develop new business and build long-term relationships with senior finance stakeholders (CFOs, FDs, Heads of Finance)
Source, assess and engage top-tier technology talent across niche ERP ecosystems
Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
Present shortlists, prepare candidates for interviews, and negotiate offers
Work closely with internal delivery and leadership teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of 360 agency recruitment experience, including business development and delivery
Proven strong billing track record
Experience recruiting into either Technology: Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, Unit4, OneStream, Dynamics365, Anaplan or Senior Finance positions
Ability to operate confidently with senior-level stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
