New Grad, Entry LevelCynet Systems is seeking a Trainer/Content Developer to assist with the training and implementation of the Child Welfare Information System (CWIS). The primary responsibility is to analyze CWIS functionality to develop and deliver effective training solutions for adult learners.

Responsibilities
Analyze the CWIS functionality to develop and deliver classroom facilitator-led learning solutions and eLearning courses to support system implementation
Work closely with the Training Lead, Business and Agile Teams, as well as the Development Team and other subject matter experts to understand requirements
Design training and develop course materials
Develop and maintain Adobe FrameMaker templates and scripts
Maintain/revise training materials for instructional training of adult learners
Provide effective and creative classroom and virtual facilitation of training for all levels of employees who oversee and administer Child Welfare programs in the CWIS
Qualification
Required
