Communicate clearly, professionally, and positively with customers
Manage and execute customer sales processes via phone and online channels
Support marketing and sales initiatives by educating customers on services, promotions, and offerings
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints via phone and email
Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate customer information
Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and retention
Direct complex or unresolved issues to management as needed
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Update and manage customer databases
Qualification
Required
Strong computer skills, including Google Mail and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to type and perform accurate data entry
Knowledge of administrative procedures
Outgoing, friendly, and personable with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Customer service and consumer sales orientation
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Comfort working with Microsoft Office and digital tools
Preferred
Phone sales or customer-facing sales experience preferred
Interest or experience in marketing, customer engagement, or sales support is a plus
