Lead accounting operations for all retail stores, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
Oversee retail close processes, reconciliation, and internal controls
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Partner with Finance, Retail Operations, and Audit teams on financial governance and reporting
Monitor retail KPIs, sales reconciliation, and inventory accounting
Lead and mentor senior retail accounting and finance teams
Develop and implement standardized accounting policies and procedures across retail operations
Provide executive leadership with reliable insights on retail financial performance and controls
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in retail accounting, controllership, or senior finance leadership
Strong expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance
Proven track record managing multi-store retail accounting operations
Experience working within structured, process-driven organizations
Comfortable collaborating with executive leadership and internal/external auditors
Preferred
Background in jewelry, luxury retail, or multi-location consumer businesses
