Qualification
Required

Proficiency with appraisal software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other real estate tools
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and willingness to learn under certified appraisers
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to property locations
Bachelor's or Associate's degree
Preferred
Knowledge or interest in real estate markets and property valuation processes
Completion of or progress toward required coursework for appraisal licensure
