Services Portfolio Intern
Red Hat is the world's leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, and they are seeking a Services Portfolio Intern to contribute to high-impact projects focused on improving their services portfolio and enhancing seller tools. The role includes responsibilities such as designing content governance frameworks, improving seller tools, and prototyping AI-based tools while working closely with product and program management teams.

Responsibilities
Content Governance & AI Enablement: You may work on designing/refining and piloting content governance frameworks to prepare sales enablement materials for use with AI tools
Tool Enhancement & Optimization: You might contribute to improving the accuracy or utility of existing seller tools
New AI Tool Prototyping: You could be involved in building a proof-of-concept for a new AI-based tool designed to solve specific problems for our sellers
Market & User Analysis: Your work might include conducting studies on how our services sellers feel about and use our Services Portfolio, or assessing the viability and impact of new roles or approaches within the team
Go-to-market processes: You may work on refining our go-to-market processes including streamlining the build of new offerings leveraging AI and assessing current go-to-market processes for efficiencies
Throughout your internship, you will work closely with product and program management teams, assist with project management tasks like tracking progress and preparing documentation, and engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive projects forward
Qualification
Required
A keen interest in emerging technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence
A creative mindset with an eagerness to explore innovative ways to reach and influence audiences through various digital content formats
An interest in open source technology and a desire to build a career within the tech industry
A strong eagerness to learn and proactively work as a part of a wider team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, data science, information technology, or a related discipline)
Proficiency with any of the following tooling is a plus: Google-Docs, Tableau, Lookerstudio, SmartSheet
A curious and innovative mindset that challenges the norm
Experience using ChatGPT or Gemini in either school or personal life; comfortable with prompt engineering
Willingness to work both in-person from a Red Hat office location and remotely
