Enterprise Sales Development Representative
Ushur is a high-growth start-up delivering Customer Experience Automation™ solutions for regulated industries. They are seeking a driven Enterprise Sales Development Representative to identify revenue opportunities, manage prospect relationships, and effectively present their product suite to senior executives.

Responsibilities
Identifying revenue opportunities within the prospect base through various inbound and outbound marketing programs
Meeting or exceeding activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities added, and prospecting time
Researching prospective customers, identifying key players, and generating interest
Managing and overcoming prospect objections
Building relationships and effectively communicating with Sales Directors
Improving and optimizing outbound lead management
Effectively presenting Product suite and Services to C-level and senior executive clients
Leveraging modern sales tools and AI-driven insights
Qualification
Required
3+ years of B2B SaaS SDR prospecting experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Professional, determined, and results oriented
Intrinsic drive, highly coachable, and great time management skills
Positive attitude, team oriented, and a self-starter
Proficient in the following tools: Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce
