Responsibilities

Work onsite daily; participate in occasional pre-planned weekend work
Plan and execute upstream cell culture experiments at multiple scales, including: Shake flasks, AMBR systems, 3L and 10L bioreactors
Perform fed-batch and perfusion-based upstream experiments
Collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate Phase I pipeline projects
Contribute to experimental protocols, technical reports, and internal/external presentations
Support technology transfer of processes into manufacturing facilities
Maintain safety, environmental, and compliance standards in the laboratory

Qualification

Cell cultureAseptic techniquesBioreactor operationFed-batch processesTechnical reporting

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Cell Biology, Biochemistry Or a related discipline
≤ 3 years of post-graduate experience
Hands-on experience with: Aseptic techniques and Mammalian cell culture

Preferred

Experience operating fed-batch and/or perfusion bioreactors
Familiarity with CMC concepts
Experience with shake flasks and bioreactor systems
