Founding BDR

Adopt AI is an agentic automation platform that enables AI agents to automate business workflows. They are seeking a Founding BDR to create pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach, working closely with the CEO and leadership to define the outbound sales process.

Responsibilities

Prospect into large enterprise accounts
Research accounts and stakeholders
Write smart, personalized outbound emails and LinkedIn messages
Cold call when needed
Book meetings for the CEO and Founding AE
Help build our outbound motion
Define our ICP definitions
Develop our messaging and sequences
Create our early sales playbook
Conduct multi-channel outreach via email, LinkedIn, calls, and events
Set high-quality meetings
Build a real, qualified pipeline
Work closely with CEO, Founding AE, and Marketing

Qualification

B2B SaaS salesOutbound prospectingEnterprise accountsAutomation productsCuriosityHigh work ethicCommunication skills

Required

1–4+ years in B2B SaaS outbound sales / BDR / SDR
Has done real outbound (not just inbound qualification)
Smart, articulate, and curious
Comfortable talking to senior enterprise personas
Willing to work very hard and learn very fast
High ownership, high energy, high ambition

Preferred

Experience selling or prospecting into enterprise accounts
IT / Engineering / Ops personas
Exposure to Automation, RPA, SaaS, DevTools, Data, or AI products
Has worked at early-stage startup
Or high-growth company with strong outbound culture
