This role is essential for ensuring efficient routing of field technicians and providing support to customers throughout service operations.

Responsibilities
Dispatch technicians based on location, skills, and availability for efficient scheduling
Reschedule as needed and provide real-time ETAs
Handle calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
Manage daily emails and admin tasks promptly
Arrange part deliveries and manage purchase orders
Create and close out work orders with accurate documentation
Assist with calls during peak times
Coordinate with our CSR team to plan daily call volumes
Qualification
Required
Must be comfortable working with scheduling/dispatch software and CRM systems
Must be able to keep up and thrive in a fast-paced office environment
Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, or logistics (HVAC/plumbing industry preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Proficient with computers and the following programs: Service Titan, Microsoft Office, and general office technology
Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, or logistics (HVAC/plumbing industry preferred)
