Responsibilities
Lead hands-on configuration and enhancement of Bentley APM (rules, workflows, dashboards)
Design and implement new APM use cases aligned with asset and maintenance processes
Support Bentley APM release upgrades, testing, and go-live
Troubleshoot production issues and improve system performance
Deliver training, workshops, and documentation to upskill internal teams
Qualification
Required
Strong Bentley APM SME experience with implementations or production support
Deep expertise in configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Utility industry experience (electric preferred)
Preferred
SAP exposure and APM integrations (APIs/ETL, reporting tools)
