Creative Strategist (US Market Focus)

They are seeking a Creative Strategist to drive creative output by developing campaign strategies, brainstorming ad angles, and managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Brainstorm and develop ad angles and hook variations weekly, then hand them off to our editing team for production
Manage and improve AI-driven content systems to deliver creative at scale
Develop creative strategy for new accounts by creating and maintaining strategic client documents
Lead concepting, copywriting, and scripting for scroll-stopping videos and visuals across multiple channels
Stay on top of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform your ideation
Analyze performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, hook rate, and thumbstop rate to continuously optimize our creative output
Develop playbooks, UGC frameworks, and test strategies to unlock fresh growth
Work cross-functionally with the editing, video, and performance teams to ensure creative integration and effectiveness
Map customer journeys and develop strategic content that aligns with key marketing funnel stages and brand goals

Required

At least 2 years of experience in creative strategy, content, or performance marketing roles
Experience scaling creative content for high-growth brands (bonus points if you've worked with AI-powered content systems)
Understanding of paid media and what drives conversions
Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate at high creative velocity
A master storyteller who lives for results, with a keen eye for branding, detail, and copy
Ability to apply customer insights to everything you create, ensuring your message resonates with the target audience
Open-minded, willing to learn, and comfortable sharing insights with both team members and clients
Genuine interest in eCommerce and digital marketing—you read the blogs, listen to the podcasts, and actively hunt for new strategies to apply
