They are seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Marketing Expert to lead their full-funnel growth function, initially starting with a proof period to demonstrate conversion and revenue impact before transitioning to a retainer model.

Responsibilities
You will act as a player-coach, owning both strategy and early execution across:
Funnel diagnosis (site, PDPs, checkout, conversion paths)
CRO roadmap and experimentation design
Lifecycle and email strategy (flows, sequencing, revenue contribution)
Analytics, attribution logic, and performance reporting
Design and oversee small, controlled channel tests (e.g. paid social tests, emerging discovery channels, AI search visibility, podcasts/audio, influencer amplification)
Define hypotheses, budgets, success metrics, and kill/scale criteria
Focus on learning velocity and signal — not always-on spend
Hands-on involvement where needed early on (setup, QA, iteration)
Ruthless prioritization: fix fundamentals before scaling traffic
Identify where execution support is needed
Help define the junior / mid-level Growth & Email Operator role
Participate in interviewing and hiring that person once priorities are clear and results justify it
Qualification
Required
Mid-to-senior level experience in marketing or growth operations
Hands-on experience with full-funnel performance marketing
Ability to diagnose funnels (site, PDPs, checkout, conversion paths)
Experience in CRO roadmap and experimentation design
Knowledge of lifecycle and email strategy (flows, sequencing, revenue contribution)
Proficiency in analytics, attribution logic, and performance reporting
Experience in designing and overseeing small, controlled channel tests
Ability to define hypotheses, budgets, success metrics, and kill/scale criteria
Experience with execution support in initial phases (setup, QA, iteration)
Strong prioritization skills to fix fundamentals before scaling traffic
Experience in identifying execution support needs and defining junior/mid-level roles
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Ability to think in funnels and lifecycle, not just channels
Experience running experiments with limited budgets
Open to performance-aligned compensation
Genuine interest in photography, design, travel, and lifestyle brands
Passionate about building and testing new CSR models
Preferred
Former Head of Growth or early-stage growth lead
Comfortable being hands-on while setting direction
