Evaluate and rate AI-generated UI/UX outputs across web, mobile, and product interfaces
Create golden datasets - high-quality reference designs that serve as ground truth for AI training
Label and annotate design elements, interaction patterns, and visual components
Provide comparative evaluations and written rationale for design quality assessments
Tag designs across dimensions like usability, visual hierarchy, accessibility, and UX best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped product work
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards
Strong attention to detail and clear written communication
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
Deep Figma fluency (auto-layout, variants, components, prototyping)
Experience with design systems and component libraries
Product design background at startups, agencies, or tech companies
Portfolio showing range across different styles and use cases
Knowledge of modern design trends in SaaS, consumer apps, or design tools
