They are seeking an Implementation & Training Specialist to guide new customers in onboarding and adopting the platform, ensuring successful integrations and long-term success through training and relationship-building with FBO teams.

Responsibilities
Lead customer onboarding and implementation efforts for X-1FBO
Work closely with FBO leadership and staff to align the platform with their operations
Conduct virtual training sessions tailored to each customer
Review, validate, and help load customer data into the platform
Guide customers through workflow changes and technology adoption
Troubleshoot issues with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
Build strong, lasting relationships with customers throughout implementation and beyond
Qualification
Required
Prior hands-on X-1FBO experience is required
Deep understanding of FBO operations and aviation workflows
Comfort with software, data, and process modernization
Clear, confident communication skills, including training and presentations
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Collaborative, ego-free approach to teamwork
High level of ownership, honesty, and accountability
