924 Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. The role involves building strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

Driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within their assigned territory
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Analyzing market trends
Implementing strategic sales plans
Monitoring sales performance
Providing regular reports to upper management
Ensuring that all sales targets are met or exceeded
Qualification
Required
B2B sales experience, hunter mentality, great rolodex, and strong client relationship management skills
Proficiency in market analysis, sales strategy development, and performance tracking
Leadership skills, motivation, and mentorship
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to travel within the assigned region as required
Proficient in the use of CRM tools and sales software
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in the Automotive / Powersports SAAS role, preferably in either of those industries
