Develop and secure new international air and ocean freight business across California and Illinois
Prospect, qualify, and convert new customer opportunities within assigned territory
Conduct client meetings to understand supply chain requirements and present tailored logistics solutions
Collaborate with pricing and operations teams to build competitive, value-driven proposals
Manage and advance a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools
Grow and retain client relationships to maximize long-term revenue and account value
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales or inside sales
Strong understanding of international air and ocean freight services
Proven track record of new business development within logistics or supply chain environments
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable owning a defined territory
Based in California or Illinois, with flexibility for regional travel
