3+ years expAll Energy Solar is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist - Search & AI to join our team. In this role, you'll help drive high-quality traffic and conversions through paid and organic search campaigns, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads.

Responsibilities
Strategize, develop, and execute integrated paid and organic search marketing campaigns
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing
Monitor search trends and platform algorithm changes, including the impact of AI
Enhance All Energy Solar's visibility and brand reputation within AI-powered platforms
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
Maintain performance dashboards and present data-driven insights
Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes
Leverage automation and AI tools for data analysis, bid management, and campaign forecasting
Collaborate with internal teams to create and refine ad copy and landing pages
Ensure campaign accuracy and effectiveness
Stay current on digital marketing innovations and best practices
Other duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
3+ years in digital marketing, SEM, SEO, or related field
Strong understanding of SEO/SEM
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication skills
Technical Proficiency: Google Ads, web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), and keyword tools
SEO/SEM strategy, platforms, and best practices
Google Suite
Physical Requirements: Prolonged sitting, ability to lift up to 15 pounds, ability to type at least 50 words per minute
Preferred
Solar industry experience
Familiarity with CRM and CMS systems such as HubSpot and WordPress
Experience with AI-enhanced SEM tools
Successful experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
