Aftermarket Sales Manager
Uflex USA is seeking a driven and experienced Marine Aftermarket Sales Manager to lead and grow their aftermarket business. This role focuses on expanding dealer relationships, increasing parts and accessories sales, and supporting service-driven revenue across the aftermarket channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute aftermarket sales strategies to drive revenue growth in recreational boating markets
Manage and expand relationships with boat dealers, distributors, marinas, and service centers
Identify new sales opportunities for parts, accessories, upgrades, and service-related offerings
Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal sales initiatives
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align aftermarket strategies
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs within the recreational marine space
Represent the company at boat shows, dealer meetings, and industry events
Provide sales training, product knowledge, and support to dealer partners
Travel to visit dealers and customers (up to 50% travel)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
5+ years of sales experience in the recreational boating or marine aftermarket industry
Strong understanding of marine parts, accessories, and service channels
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Dealer network or territory sales management experience
Background working with outboard, inboard, or sterndrive-powered recreational boats
Familiarity with seasonal sales cycles and boat show-driven demand
