Responsibilities
Run discovery sessions with client project managers to capture workflows and processes
Embed with client teams to understand their operations and translate them into our AI platform
Lead client onboarding from kickoff through full deployment
Document client processes and institutional knowledge using our AI-powered tools
Drive adoption by working alongside client teams—not just training them
Serve as the primary point of contact for implementation progress
Work with client PMs to identify bottlenecks and remove obstacles
Ensure clients are getting value from the platform—measured by usage and outcomes
Proactively surface issues before they become problems
Synthesize what you learn into scalable methodologies
Improve our implementation playbook based on real-world experience
Share insights with our product and engineering teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years leading enterprise implementations, client onboarding, or delivery engagements
Experience running discovery sessions, workshops, or process documentation
Track record working embedded with client teams—not just managing from afar
Comfortable presenting to and collaborating with project managers and directors
Able to travel 30-40% to client sites (Denver, Chicago, Minnesota, San Diego)
Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results without constant direction
Preferred
Experience in utilities, energy, or infrastructure industries
Background with Fortune 500 or government clients (DOE, DOD, etc.)
Familiarity with AI/technology implementations
Consulting or professional services background
Process improvement or change management experience
