Responsibilities
Promote, market, and sell financial equipment solutions to new and existing customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service
Prepare and present sales contracts, lease agreements, and financing proposals
Generate accurate sales reports and maintain up-to-date pipeline information
Communicate with customers via phone or in person to provide product and service information, take or modify orders, and resolve questions or concerns
Analyze and address customer issues, including service or billing complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Record detailed notes of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and actions taken
Perform activities related to service corrections such as merchandise exchanges, billing adjustments, or account updates
Assist with costing analysis and pricing quotes for equipment financing or leasing solutions
Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the transaction process
Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth deal flow and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills with the ability to solve problems effectively
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Willingness to travel as needed
Willingness to learn and participate in company-provided training
Preferred
Proven sales experience, preferably in equipment financing, leasing, or related financial services
