Senior LevelSBT is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented Psychiatrist to join their multidisciplinary behavioral health team across multiple treatment locations in the San Fernando Valley, CA. This role involves providing ongoing psychiatric support, including two in-person visits and approximately twenty follow-up appointments each month.

Responsibilities
Conduct two in-person psychiatric visits per month at designated locations
Complete approximately 20 follow-up psychiatric evaluations per month, virtually or in person
Provide medication management, symptom monitoring, and ongoing care planning
Collaborate with clinical teams including therapists, nurses, and case managers
Document all sessions in accordance with state, federal, and organizational standards
Participate in care coordination discussions as needed
Maintain compliance with California licensing and scope-of-practice requirements
Qualification
Required
Licensed Psychiatrist (MD or DO) in the state of California
Ability to travel to various sites throughout the San Fernando Valley for in-person visits
Preferred
Experience working with behavioral health, substance use disorder (SUD), or dual-diagnosis populations
Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
