Responsibilities
Own Instagram growth strategy and performance
Generate weekly and monthly content ideas designed for reach and follower conversion
Define specific Reel concepts including hook, format, caption angle, and CTA
Provide clear creative direction for content capture (we supply raw footage)
Identify trends, sounds, and formats worth testing
Post, schedule, and optimize content (Reels-first)
Engage with comments and DMs to support growth
Track analytics and adjust strategy based on performance
You own content creation, ideation, and creative direction, producing short-form video, reels, and platform-native content designed to drive engagement
A weekly ideation document is required and non-negotiable and includes the growth goal for the week:
3–6 Reel ideas including: hook, format, filming instructions, on-screen text, caption angle, and CTA
Trend watch: 2–3 trends or audios worth testing
Learnings from the previous week (what to double-down on, what to kill)
Consistent month-over-month follower growth
Increasing reach and engagement on Reels
Demonstrated ability to convert views into followers
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram
Proven track record of growing Instagram accounts
Strong understanding of Instagram trends, sounds, and formats
Ability to create engaging short-form video content and Reels
Experience in tracking analytics and adjusting strategies based on performance
Strong creative direction skills for content capture
Ability to engage with followers through comments and DMs
Excellent communication skills for ideation and reporting
Ability to produce a weekly ideation document with growth goals
