Electrical Project Manager (Non Travel)

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, internal project teams, and office support functions
Manage single or multiple contracts, including budgets, schedules, procurement matrices, and overall project execution
Review and control project financials, monitoring costs versus budgets for large-scale projects and programs (up to $50M+ cumulative)
Coordinate quality assurance and quality control activities in partnership with the Quality team
Interpret and enforce compliance with plans, specifications, drawings, and engineering documentation
Proactively resolve project conflicts, inter-group issues, and schedule impacts to maintain milestones and delivery commitments
Collaborate with internal and external procurement and purchasing teams to ensure timely material delivery for integration and manufacturing
Act as a liaison between Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Safety teams to align execution with project goals
Support the development and continuous improvement of electrical engineering standards, applying industry best practices
Lead project and program meetings, conference calls, and participate in engineering, design, and constructability reviews
Lead or support root cause analyses and investigations as required

Required

5+ years of progressive experience in the electrical construction industry, with emphasis on large commercial and industrial projects
Solid understanding of estimating processes and project cost controls
Proven ability to develop and manage complex project schedules using MS Project
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with MS Teams and SharePoint preferred
Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred -- OR -- Equivalent experience in industry
Experience with ACCUBID and/or CONEST is a plus
Data Center experience preferred
