Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive eLearning and other digital learning content engaging eLearning systems and training content, leveraging instructional design principles and best practices
Collaborate closely with Global Training & QA Team to identify learning needs and implement eLearning content across multiple Customer Service disciplines and skills objectives
Create interactive modules and ensure the delivery of high-quality educational content
Maintain and update existing eLearning modules to ensure that they remain current, relevant, and impactful
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Instructional Design and eLearning Development tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline) or similar
Experience in Content Creation, Creative Writing, and Storyboarding
Expertise in Visual Design, Graphic Design, and Multimedia Content Development
Strong Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Digital Learning Platforms
Experience in using content authoring software (Articulate Rise and Storyline)
Exceptional Communication and Collaboration skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Multimedia Design, or a related field
Familiarity with eLearning standards such as SCORM
Preferred
Experience in adult learning principles, curriculum development, or corporate training is a plus
