Responsibilities
Design complex HVAC systems for commercial building projects
Collaborate directly with clients and architects to define project requirements
Conduct site visits and inspections during construction phases
Produce high-quality construction and permit documents
Coordinate HVAC design with architectural and engineering disciplines
Deliver production-level design using industry-standard software tools
Qualification
Required
Background with an MEP engineering consulting firm serving architectural clients
Strong experience designing: Hydronic systems (chilled water, hot water, steam)
Strong experience designing: Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory)
Willingness to remain in a hands-on design / production role
Preferred
Experience designing HVAC systems for Hospitals or Healthcare facilities
Experience using TRACE 700 for: Cooling load calculations, Energy modeling
