They are seeking a Business Development Lead to help bring their cultural intelligence work into the right rooms by identifying and cultivating relationships with aligned brands and institutions.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop relationships with aligned organizations across brand, wellness, finance, longevity, culture, and leadership
Lead early-stage conversations with senior stakeholders, translating cultural research into strategic business value
Support the positioning and sale of The New Maturity™ study, custom research, workshops, and advisory engagements
Shape outreach narratives, partnership pathways, and proposal framing
Collaborate with strategy and research to ensure integrity, nuance, and clarity in how the work is presented
Track opportunities and partnerships with intention — prioritizing alignment over volume
Qualification
Required
Experienced in business development, partnerships, strategy, or consultative sales
Comfortable selling ideas, insight, and long-term value — not just deliverables
Credible with senior leaders and able to hold nuanced conversations about power, identity, gender, and growth
Culturally fluent, emotionally intelligent, and relational by nature
Able to operate independently while staying closely connected to strategy and authorship
Drawn to work that sits at the intersection of culture, commerce, and systems change
Background in strategy, consulting, partnerships, business development, or adjacent fields
Experience working with research-led, advisory, or creative strategy offerings
Strong communication and storytelling skills — verbal and written
Comfort navigating ambiguity and shaping opportunity from complexity
Ability to work remotely and across time zones
Preferred
Existing network across relevant industries is a strong plus
