Responsibilities
Develop applications following industry standards and best practices to exceed client expectations
Commission and troubleshoot automation solutions at customer sites (domestic and international travel required)
Work with leading industrial platforms such as Siemens, Rockwell, and Ignition
Stay current with emerging technologies while gaining exposure to sales, business development, and project processes
Contribute to system architecture design and execute engineering tasks across all project phases
Lead multiple projects, manage client relationships, and ensure timely delivery of solutions
Mentor and guide new team members, fostering technical growth
Communicate deliverables effectively and maintain strong customer relationships
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or related field)
Strong programming skills, including text-based languages and object-oriented concepts
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand complex systems
Proven experience managing multiple projects and working directly with clients
Hands-on experience with industrial automation systems (PLCs, Motion Control, Process Control, HMI, SCADA, Robotics, Machine Vision, etc.)
Interest in working across diverse industries
Leadership or mentoring experience in technical project teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal development
Willingness to travel 10%-20%
