The role involves designing and deploying AI agents, building tools to enhance AI features, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth AI solutions and a great user experience.

Responsibilities
Work with customers to design and deploy AI agents
Build tools to improve AI features (like tuning large language models and deploying them in real-world systems)
Make sure the AI solutions work smoothly and give a great user experience
Collaborate with developers, testers, and customers to solve problems quickly
Integrate conversational AI into systems and make it work well with other tools
Sometimes be on-call to support systems (rotational basis)
Minimal travel required
Qualification
Required
A degree in Computer Science or similar field
At least 2+ years of coding experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python
Hands-on experience with Generative AI (like ChatGPT or similar) and AI agents in production
Good communication skills and comfortable talking to customers
Experience with REST APIs and some knowledge of cloud infrastructure
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must pass a credit background check
