Required
3+ Years' commercial experience in Software Engineering & high-slope characteristics - top school, tech businesses, startup etc
Strong technical ability demonstrated through shipped products, startups, research, open-source work, or other hands-on projects
Comfort owning ambiguous, high-impact problems and driving them to completion
Interest in AI-driven systems, decision-making, and automation (e.g. agents, reasoning, learning systems, reliability)
Curiosity about how digital media, distribution, and growth actually work at scale
Someone who enjoys building from zero and setting technical foundations
