Mid LevelBrannan Designs is a Houston-based boutique firm delivering architecture and interior design services. They are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer proficient in Revit to independently manage projects from schematic design through construction completion.

Responsibilities
Produce and manage Revit models, drawings, and documentation across all project phases
Oversee project delivery from SD through CA, including permitting and consultant coordination
Incorporate redlines, ensure code compliance, and maintain project schedules/budgets
Collaborate closely with team members, clients, consultants, and contractors
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (modeling, families, documentation), and other presentation software (photoshop, canva, sketchup, enscape, etc.)
Demonstrated experience managing architectural projects end-to-end
Knowledge of permitting processes and construction administration
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Preferred
Professional degree in Architecture or related field
Registered Architect (or on path to licensure) highly preferred, but not required
Both Architecture & Interior Design highly preferred
