Director of Sales-France & Southern Europe

They are seeking a seasoned Director of Sales to drive new business, advise clients, and contribute to strategic direction and market penetration. The role involves owning the full sales cycle and representing the company at industry events.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
Prospect, demo, and close strategic accounts
Work with SVP of Sales and Marketing on GTM strategy
Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting
Represent Assertive Yield at industry events to network and be a spokesperson, positioning yourself and the company as a thought leader on publisher revenue
Provide client & industry intel to help inform business strategy and future product roadmap
Contribute to the regional go-to-market strategy
Qualification
Required
6+ years of sales experience in AdTech, SaaS, media, or related sectors
Proven track record in exceeding annual targets
Deep understanding of publisher monetization, data-driven advertising, or digital platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent to native German/French
