They are seeking student interns and campus volunteers who are passionate about AI creativity, marketing, and community building to help organize the Bay Area Campus AI Film Hackathon and related creator events.

Responsibilities
Support planning and scheduling of festival activities, including workshops, meetups, campus events, screenings, and the main festival program
Assist communication and coordination between internal teams (creative, product, partnerships) to ensure smooth event execution
Help maintain timelines, checklists, operational documents, and logistics tracking
Support IMAStudio’s official channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Discord) with posts, engagement, and basic moderation
Create event-related content such as AI videos, graphics, behind-the-scenes clips, and creator highlights
Assist with social campaigns, event promotion, and festival updates
Track AI creativity trends and share relevant insights with the team
Collaborate with creative and product teams to produce visuals, demo clips, or AI-generated assets
Draft short copy for product updates, creator stories, and festival announcements
Help prepare presentation materials for workshops, online challenges, and the festival showcase
Assist in organizing campus workshops, meetups, and recruitment events across the Bay Area
Coordinate outreach with university clubs (AI, Film, Design, Media) for festival promotion
Support volunteer coordination and communication with campus ambassadors
Help with on-site logistics for festival-related activities
Qualification
Required
University student or recent graduate, based in the Bay Area (or active in campus communities)
Students interested in event planning, creative production, social media, AI, film, or design
Familiar with TikTok / Instagram / Discord / Notion / Luma or similar creator platforms
English fluency required
Preferred
Bilingual (EN/CN) preferred
Bonus points if you've organized student events, run a social media account, or created AI visuals/videos before
