Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all phases of customer projects, including quoting, coordinating, planning, scheduling, and execution
Manage project timelines, ensuring adherence to clients' specifications
Monitor packaging quality and inspection processes
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Oversee logistics to ensure customer timelines are met
Qualification
Required
Strong Project Management skills with the ability to oversee tasks from initiation to completion
Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
Familiarity with Inspection processes to maintain high-quality standards in project deliverables
Proficiency in communication, organization, and multitasking to manage multiple projects effectively
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for handling project challenges efficiently
Proficiency in relevant project management and logistics software is a plus
Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or a related industry is advantageous
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
