Responsibilities
Support Agave with creative design assets
Work alongside our marketing and operations teams to design digital assets for the Agave brand, clients, events, influencer funnels, and social media campaigns
Build the Agave brand through websites, brochures, and other creatives
Create on-brand creative that enhances Agave’s digital presence
Develop visual assets for influencer-led giveaways and promotions
Design graphics for quizzes, landing pages, and call-to-actions
Produce scroll-stopping Instagram stories, reels thumbnails, and ads
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Canva and Figma (or similar UI design tools)
Experience building graphics for and within platforms like Mailchimp, GoHighLevel (GHL), or similar marketing tools or the ability to quickly learn
Strong grasp of layout, branding, and typography
Years of design experience (freelance, agency, or in-house)
A strong portfolio that shows both creativity and adaptability
Ability to work independently while keeping tight feedback loops
Preferred
Bonus: light motion design or front-end web layout experience
Preference given to those applicants that live locally or can work several days a week at our office in the Riverwoods area to collaborate with team members and for creative reviews
