Responsibilities

Design intuitive, user-cantered interaction flows and prototypes for enterprise-grade applications
Translate high-level requirements into detailed UX designs, working iteratively to refine based on feedback
Develop detailed micro-interactions and scenario-specific mock-ups using Figma
Drive UX design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality output that aligns with standards
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and data scientists
Ensure all designs are accessible and inclusive, adhering to usability and accessibility standards
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Qualification

Required

Strong hands-on experience designing background and rapid prototyping
Proficient in Figma (minimum requirement; the more advanced, the better)
Excellent ability to create detailed, scenario-specific mockups and micro-interactions
Ability to handle ambiguous, high-level requirements and break them down into actionable UX steps
Strong understanding of user behaviour, UX best practices, and accessibility standards

Preferred

Someone who has worked on multinational time zones would be preferred
