Responsibilities
Develop and optimize AI/ML models to solve business challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, statistical modeling, and Generative AI
Hands-on implementation of LLMs, OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, text generation, embeddings, and fine-tuning
Advanced Python expertise with experience in data analysis, visualization, and NLP preprocessing using libraries like pandas
Design and evaluation of end-to-end NLP pipelines, including training, metrics, and model performance assessment
Experience with web APIs and deploying models in production across cloud and on-prem environments
Preferred
Experience with additional programming languages and technologies
Familiarity with emerging AI/ML trends and technologies
Experience in a similar industry or domain
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience working with Agile methodology
