Technical Customer Support Intern

They are looking for motivated interns to join their team as Technical Customer Support Interns, helping users navigate the system and ensuring a smooth customer experience while working closely with product, tech, and operations teams.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing systems
Help users troubleshoot platform-related issues
Escalate technical issues to the product or engineering team when needed
Assist with demos, onboarding and user guidance
Document common issues and help improve support materials and FAQs
Support continuous improvement of the customer support process
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or a related technical field (or strong technical aptitude)
Knowledge of html css
Comfortable learning new software platforms and tools
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Patient, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
Preferred
Interest in SaaS, fintech, or digital platforms is a plus
