Responsibilities
Manage and enhance Zuora Billing workflows, product catalog, and integrations
Work closely with finance to troubleshoot and improve billing and revenue recognition processes
Develop and maintain integrations between Zuora, Salesforce, and other systems via MuleSoft or APIs
Support month-end close, invoicing accuracy, and revenue reporting
Partner with stakeholders to identify areas for process optimization
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing and Revenue
Strong knowledge of subscription billing models and revenue recognition
Experience integrating Zuora with NetSuite, Salesforce, or MuleSoft
Familiarity with API-based integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON)
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and accountability
